निराशाजनक जीडीपी आंकड़ों के बीच कुछ आशा की किरणें
मुंबई। वित्त वर्ष 2020-21 की पहली तिमाही में जीडीपी के निराशाजनक आंकड़ों के बीच उम्मीद की कुछ किरणें भी दिखी हैं। सितंबर महीने के जीएसटी, ऑटो और मैन्युफैक्चरिंग के आंकड़ों से रिकवरी के संकेत मिल रहे हैं। दरअसल, अगस्त में ऑटो बिक्री के आंकड़ों में लगातार तीसरे महीने बढ़ोतरी देखने को मिली है। सारी दिग्गज कंपनियों जैसे मारुति सुजुकी, हीरो मोटोकॉर्प, महिंद्रा ट्रैक्टर्स की बिक्री में पिछले महीने के मुकाबले और पिछले साल के अगस्त महीने के मुकाबले अच्छी बढ़ोतरी देखने को मिली है।
मारुति सुजुकी के अगस्त सेल्स आंकड़ों में सालाना तौर पर 17.1 और मासिक तौर पर 15.3 प्रतिशत की बढ़ोतरी देखने को मिली है। कंपनी की अब बिक्री बढ़कर 1,24,624 यूनिट हो गई है। हीरो मोटोकॉर्प की अगस्त की सेल्स में 7.55 प्रमिशत की तेजी देखने को मिली है और कंपनी ने 5,84,456 यूनिट व्हीकल बेचे हैं। वहीं पिछले साल कंपनी ने अगस्त महीने में 5,43,406 यूनिट बेचे थे। वहीं पिछले महीने यानि जुलाई में कंपनी ने 5,14,509 यूनिट बेचे थे। मतलब साफ है कि सेल्स नंबर रिकवरी के रास्ते पर हैं।
महिंद्रा ट्रैक्टर्स ने अगस्त महीने में अब तक के इतिहास की सबसे अच्छी बिक्री दर्ज की है। कंपनी की बिक्री सालाना तौर पर 69 प्रतिशत बढ़ी है और कंपनी ने कुल 25,503 यूनिट ट्रैक्टर्स की बिक्री की है। कंपनी ने अगस्त 2019 में 13,871 यूनिट की बिक्री की थी और जुलाई 2020 में कंपनी के 25,402 यूनिट बिके थे। हालांकि ऑटो बिक्री अभी हेल्दी इकनॉमी वाले लेवल पर नहीं पहुंची है।
मालूम हो कि हर महीने की शुरुआत में इकनॉमी को लेकर कुछ अहम डेटा आते हैं जो अर्थव्यवस्था की हालत को बयां करते हैं। जैसे अलग-अलग ऑटो कंपनियां अपने व्हीकल बिक्री के आंकड़े महीने की पहली तारीख को जारी करती हैं, जो बीते महीने में हुई बिक्री की जानकारी देते हैं। इसी तरह महीने के आखिर में ही जीएसटी कलेक्शन के आंकड़े आते हैं।् इन आंकड़ों से पता चलता है कि सरकार ने बीते महीने में कुल कितना इनडायरेक्ट टैक्स वसूल किया। हर महीने पीएमआई के आंकड़े भी जारी होते हैं जो इकनॉमी में हो रही मैन्युफैक्चरिंग के ट्रेंड्स को बताते हैं।
ऑटो सेल्स के इतने अच्छे आंकड़े देखने के बाद कई लोगों का कहना है कि ऑटो सेल्स को देखकर लगता है कि सेक्टर अब फिर से अपनी पटरी पर लौट चुका है। लेकिन अगर अगस्त सेल्स की उस वक्त से तुलना करें जब इकनॉमी का हाल बढ़िया था तो सेल्स अभी भी उसकी तुलना में कम ही दिखाई देती है। हमने कुछ कंपनियों के अगस्त 2020 के डाटा की तुलना अगस्त 2017 से की है। 2017 वो साल था जब इकनॉमिक ग्रोथ अच्छे स्तरों पर थी।
उधर 1 सितंबर को ही अगस्त महीने में हुए जीएसटी कलेक्शन के आंकड़े भी आ गए हैं, जो पिछले महीने के कलेक्शन से कम ही हैं। अगस्त में सरकार ने 86,449 करोड़ रुपये की जीएसटी वसूली की है। इसमें से 15,906 करोड़ रुपये सेंट्रल जीएसटी है। 21,064 करोड़ रुपये एसजीएसटी है और वहीं 42,264 रुपये के आईजीएसटी का कलेक्शन हुआ है। इसके अलावा सरकार ने 7,215 करोड़ रुपये का सेस कलेक्शन भी किया है। अगर जुलाई महीने से तुलना करके देखें तो जीएसटी कलेक्शन में 1000 करोड़ रुपये की गिरावट आई है। जुलाई में 87,422 करोड़ रुपये जीएसटी कलेक्शन हुआ था वहीं अगस्त में सरकार ने 86,449 करोड़ रुपये का जीएसटी वसूला है। पिछले साल से तुलना करें तो जीएसटी वसूली में करीब 12 फीसद की गिरावट देखने को मिली है।
दूसरी ओर देखें तो पीएमआई के आंकड़ों में अच्छी रिकवरी देखने को मिली है। 1 सितंबर को ही मैन्यूफैक्चरिंग पीएमआई के आंकड़े आए हैं जो भारत की ग्रोथ में रिकवरी की गवाही दे रहे हैं। भारत का मैन्यूफैक्चरिंग परचेजिंग मैनेजर्स इंडेक्स जुलाई में 46 से बढ़कर 52 हो गया है। मार्च महीने के बाद ये पहली बार पीएमआई का आंकड़ा 50 के पार गया है और ये इकनॉमी में रिकवरी के संकेत दे रहा है।
