गिरिडीह के मधुबन थाना के हाजत में बंद आरोपी के संदिग्ध मौत के लिए मजिस्ट्रेट जांच का दिया गया आदेश, एसपी ने जांच में मामला सुसाईड का बताया

गिरिडीह के मधुबन थाना के हाजत में शुक्रवार की सुबह बकरी चोरी के आरोपी बलवान महतो की संदिग्ध मौत के मामले में डीसी राहुल सिन्हा के निर्देश पर मजिस्ट्रेट जांच का निर्देश दे दिया गया। मृतक धनबाद जिला के राजगंज का रहने वाला था। जानकारी के अनुसार बकरी चोरी के आरोप में ग्रामीणों ने दो आरोपियों को मधुबन थाना पुलिस को सौंपा था। जिसमें एक राजगंज निवासी बलवान महतो तो दुसरा तोपचांची निवासी बबलू सोनार है। बबलू सोनार सुरक्षित बताया जा रहा है। जबकि शुक्रवार की सुबह जब मामला सामने आने के बाद जानकारी लेने पर पहले खुद थाना प्रभारी राउतो हांगा ने हाजत में मरे हुए आरोपी का नाम बबलू सोनार बताया था। यही नही थाना प्रभारी से मौत का कारण बीमारी पूछा गया, तो थाना प्रभारी ने इसे इंकार करते हुए फोन ही काट दिया था। इस दौरान जब एसपी अमित रेणु ने मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए जांच किया। तो मामला हाजत के बाॅथरुम में आत्महत्या का निकल कर सामने आ रहा है। बहरहाल, सवाल अब भी खड़े हो रहे है कि क्योंकि जिस हाजत में बलवान महतो ने फांसी लगाकर आत्महत्या किया है। उसी हाजत में मृतक का दुसरा साथी बबलू सोनार भी बंद था। अब ऐसे में एक आरोपी द्वारा सुसाईड किए जाने की बात आसानी से लोगों के गले उतर नहीं पा रही है।
इधर हाजत में मृतक बलवान महतो ने सुसाईड किया है। इसकी पुष्टि एसपी ने करते हुए बताया कि लापरवाही बरतने के आरोप में मधुबन थाना प्रभारी राउतो हांगा और थाना के एसआई को संस्पैड भी कर दिया। एसपी ने यह भी कहा कि ग्रामीणों ने जब दोनों आरोपियों को पकड़ कर पुलिस के हवाले किया। तो जिम्मेवारी थाना प्रभारी का बनता है कि हाजत में बंद आरोपी सुरक्षित है या नहीं। एसपी ने बताया कि मृतक आरोपी की मौत का मामला मजिस्ट्रेट जांच के बाद ही सामने आ पाएगा। फिलहाल शुरुआती जांच में सुसाईड का मामला ही निकल कर सामने आया है। इधर घटना के बाद अब यह भी बात सामने आया है कि ग्रामीणों ने दोनों की पीटाई कर मधुबन थाना पुलिस को सौंपा। ग्रामीणों की पीटाई से दोनों गंभीर रुप से जख्मी हो गया। थाना को सौंपने के बाद उसी हालात में मधुबन थाना पुलिस ने दोनों को लाॅकअप में डाल दिया। दोनों का इलाज कराना भी थाना प्रभारी ने जरुरी नहीं समझा। एसपी अमित रेणु, डुमरी एसडीपीओ नीरज सिंह और नगर थाना प्रभारी आदिकांत महतो भी मामले की जांच के लिए मधुबन थाना पहुंचे।
जानकारी के अनुसार धनबाद के दो अलग-अलग क्षेत्र के दो चोर बबलू सोनार और बलवान महतो बीतें शुक्रवार की शाम मधुबन थाना क्षेत्र के खोटाटांड गांव में ग्रामीणों का बकरी चुराने पहुंचे थे। इस दौरान दोनों बकरी चुराकर फरार होने में सफल रहे। लेकिन भागने के क्रम में ग्रामीणों ने दोनों चोरों को खोटाटांड गांव से कुछ दूर पीपराडीह गांव में दबोचा। जहां ग्रामीणों ने दोनों की जमकर पीटाई करते हुए वापस खोटाटांड गांव ले आएं। यहां भी ग्रामीणों ने दोनों की जमकर पीटाई किया। इसके बाद दोनों चोरों को देर रात करीब पौने दस बजे मधुबन थाना पुलिस के हवाले कर दिया। जहां दोनों चोरों को उसी हालत में लाॅकअप में बंद कर दिया गया।
